HARTVALE – THE 'PAINT-BOX GARDEN'

The rural buildings and jaw-dropping views and gardens of Hartvale have already captured the national spotlight having been featured on Gardening Australia & Better Homes & Gardens TV shows. The co-owner of Hartvale, Jennifer Edwards is an oil painter who, as a gardener, treats the property as her canvas - filling the garden with poppies of all kinds dotted amongst cottage garden favourites to create an abundance of colour, light & movement for artists to capture. With sweeping, dramatic views of the surrounding valley and mountain vistas, artists are able to track the shifting dynamics of natural light throughout the day culminating in the wonderful amber glow of late afternoon.
